We buy the inventory outright with a purchase order. Payment is on agreed terms, not on sell-through.
List & fulfill
We build the Amazon listing to the brand's guidelines and ship inventory into Amazon FBA.
Reorder
Sell-through data drives standing reorders on the terms already agreed.
Where the brand stays protected
What doesn't change
Inventory is purchased outright — not consignment. Payment isn't tied to how fast it sells.
MAP pricing is enforced on the listing at the floor the brand sets.
Sourcing is limited to the brand's approved channel — no gray-market or diverted stock.
Agreements are non-exclusive by default — a brand's other channels stay theirs.
