Retail-ready packaging with a working UPC or barcode
A consistent MSRP the brand controls and enforces
Enough inventory on hand to support ongoing sell-through, not a one-time close-out lot
Not currently restricted or gated on Amazon
You are the brand owner or an authorized distributor
What’s out of scope
What we don’t buy
Perishable goods or anything with a short shelf life
Hazardous materials requiring special handling
Used, refurbished, or open-box inventory
Counterfeit or unauthorized-source goods
Products already saturated with unauthorized resellers
